Seeing what Honda is listing it for, what did they give you for it? The accord plus cash?

My gf bought a '14 Honda accord sport, same color, with black leather added back in October. It drives quite well and imo it's the nicest accord Honda has made.
Haha, it had never been redlined before. It was a garage queen and I only had a 10 mile round trip commute to work.

They gave me $29,500 for it. I was a bit upside down on the loan since the MSRP price drop on the newer models killed resale values, so I paid $6,000 up front to pay off the rest of the loan. The good thing is... with the cancellations of my 100,000 mile extended warranty, GAP, maintenance Gold Plus plan and all of the other hidden fees, I should recoup at least $3,500 of that back next month.

I had to take the hit and get a more practical vehicle since we have a baby on the way. On the plus side, it did cut my car payment in half so I'm happy with that.

Edit: I really love the new Accords. They did a great job with the redesign.

Hey bro, yeah it's been awhile since I've checked in. We've been busy preparing for the baby's arrival in June and our wedding in October. I've been working extra hours at work to help with all of the extra expenses so my time has been limited lately.

We haven't found a house yet, still saving up a bit more. We do have a friend who is renting out his house in Burleson (half way between my work and the lady's) and his current tenants are moving out soon. The house was built in 2006, so it's a fairly new house and in a pretty nice area. We're in the talks about renting it for a while and to continue saving up until we're ready.

How are things with you? Hope all is well man.

Thanks, Travis! Courtney told me to tell you hello.

We're expecting June 5th, and with my birthday being on the 12th... looks like I'll be getting a nice birthday gift.

never said it lasted longer, but it sure does look and sound good. the muffler is definitely the only weak part on the exhaust

Only had it for a little over a year and a half. It was in pristine condition... they didn't even have to clean it up before they rolled it into the showroom.

Went to check the tracking status of the $2k order I placed through CZP on Tuesday...CZP shipped it to the WRONG address!!! WTF! I left very specific instructions on shipping through the paypal transaction and it all got shipped to WACO not DALLAS...

I just got off the phone with USPS and UPS to halt delivery and hold the packages... Now my azz has to rent a car and drive down to waco to pick up these parts...This weekend is the only weekend I'll have free for a while so I can't just wait for them to correct the address and arrive in Dallas next week.

No one! Waco isn't even associated with my paypal account. The first time I ordered through CZP it was to waco but that was almost 2 years ago, besides I've ordered other parts this past year which have had no problem getting shipped to Dallas.

WTF! Czp should overnight it back to you.

Is it possible to take off all your calipers and not have to re bleed the brakes?

It still wouldn't get in Dallas until next week, this is USPS and UPS we're talking about...

As far as the caliper question. Are you disconnecting them from the brake lines? If not and you're just removing them from the rotors then you wouldn't have to bleed them but if you removed the lines from the caliper then you'd have to bleed the brakes. I'd imagine air would be pulled in as fluid would come out after discounting the lines.
