Nice to hear some logical guys comment on the crossfit stuff. My best friend is a trainer (legit - trained a few pro athletes) and he warned me about crossfit long ago. There are just too many things that are dangerous. Some of it is good and effective, but alot of it is improper movements and lots of doctors see way too many crossfit injuries.

I just don't understand it, seems too much like a fad. I mean there's not anything wrong with regular lifting and all that since people have been doing it for a long time. Personally, I prefer building strength through doing the activities. For example, if I want stronger legs to climb better on my bike then I will go out and climb hills on my bike, not go lift weights in the gym.

Crossfit does attract the ladies though. Simply put, because it's the current fad just like you said.

Does anyone have any wheel spacers I can test fit? I think I may need 10mm for the front and 15mm for the rear, but don't want to order and be wrong by just guessing.

I was just about to say that Mike's got an assortment but he already posted. I have a couple of 5mm spacers as well.

Eric, did you ever take a look at your Qstarz settings and compare to what I sent you to see if there was a difference?

I think 20mm would be too much, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to try.

I should have gotten some of that ONR wash n wax. I'm getting tired of waxing, or at least wiping it off. Haven't done a wax in a while actually.

I've had good luck with bolt extractors when there is room to get to the bolt head - http://www.mscdirect.com/product/050...&026=-99&025=c

Also soaking the bolt for several hrs in Supco oil or more easily found Liquid wrench penetrating oil to get the bolt ready to break free -
