Anyway, hope to make it to a local meet soon to see everyone's cars.

I think Wheels America does powder coating. They are in Dallas but have a mobile unit too.

I know some of them just tell you to turn right.....

Some of them will tell you the street name coming up to turn on.....

And some will give you the distance of when to turn....

Others will have options to turn off voice, etc.....

It depends on how extensive you want the GPS to be for yourself.....Just like a car base model will do all the thing a car loaded will, but in the end sometimes its nice to have all the bells & whistles.

^ ya, exactly, those are the kinda things im talking about, where its nice to play with them first....then again, if its your first one, you will more than likely just adapt to it and either love it/hate it, or just use it...

ya, if he can use it.......i bought it online and they sent me the wrong one, i opened it, and then set it aside and didnt attempt to install until it was long after the 30day return policy, so i stayed stuck with it...........their mistake in shipping, my mistake in not catching it sooner...

oh well...

I noticed those earlier, 1/3 the price. They won't have those in until the end of the month which I guess is better than 3 months. New wheels with tires for under 2 grand is a really nice deal.
