I luv 4X4's , guess thats why I have a truck also.

My car will have to stay where its at until I find the right suspension.
That kinda sucks. I only had two choices, Eibach or H&R. When a local guy said he would sell me his H&R for cheap I just had to jump on it. Made it alot easier when it was pretty much given to me.

I'll keep my eye open for a good deal, new or used, and hope it's as good as what you got.

just need to be at the right place...at the right time.

Actually we also have some other phantom springs that give a 1.8" drop but no one seems to able to get them in stock. People over in Asia have coilovers, but no one has ever done those either. Most FX'ers cut the springs, sinch our H&R's are a better ride than stock.

Im thinking about lowering my Z. Nothing too crazy, just enough to cover the gap. What kind of brand do you guys recommend? As for ride/comfort, something close to stock springs as im already use to the car.

I just took a quick picture for you guys to see.

unfortunately in order to cover the gap you have to go with some aggressive springs which will eventually kill your shocks and will require camber kits plus springs and alignment.

now.... if you just want to lessen the gap and keep a good ride quality without having to do all of the mentioned above... go with the hotchkis springs, get alignment and be happier with a smaller gap.

^^^ I had the same problem. I liked the way the car drove but I wanted it lower. I have the Nismo S-Tune now but it still isn't low enough. Wednesday I will be installing Stance GR+ coilovers. Excellent reviews and they don't cost too much.

my recommendation... ntb 3 year for around $120 with a discount if you mention Dallas Imports.com otherwise you can get firestone lifetime for $150 or one time alignment for around $70.00

^Thats not bad, Would it be wise to roll my fenders? Im running 245/35/20s in the front and 295/35/20s in the rear. Also, should i do anything else besides getting the alignment? I plan on keeping the car for as long as i can and dont want to worry about shocks, etc after i install the springs.

You are up a little late. You have an early morning tomorrow.

Not much has changed in Reno. Within 24 hours of me getting here there was police in the apartments searching for a man that ran on foot after being pulled over. The police had to knock on everybodys door and search the apartment.

I miss the Z and can't wait until I get back.

Hope you're having fun. What ever happened with that Nismo exhaust?

I am having fun. I am about to hit up a couple casino's today and try to win some money.

I still have the exhaust, I just need to clean it up and take pictures. I should have the pictures online sometime on Wednesday.

I hope everyone has fun during the drift event and I wish that I was there.

Well I tried to put on the front GTSPEC braces and it did not work at all. Couldn't get bolts loose, didn't have the right sockets, the little rig thing wasn't working. I finally just gave up.
