Service King/Plano.

They jipped me on a few coats of paint. My front end was chipped and paint splintering.

 

thats why I am never going to take my car there - they do such shitty work.

My mom took her car there after she got hit and it was 100x worse after they supposively fixed it

 

There customer service has been great. I went there after Toyota of Richardson Body Shop royally screwed up my car. I wouldn't want my worst enemy to go to that place for repairs.

But so far SK have been very customer friendly, professional, and taken care of me.

I just want out of this loaner.

 

David McDavid Collision Center is terrible as well. Took my wife's Pilot there last spring after the hailstorm. They had it 2 days longer than promised. It was all PDR. When we finally picked it up, the visors were installed on the wrong sides of the car and without the trim pieces. The interior was absolutley filthy (footprints, scuff marks, smudges on the headliner, a couple of scratches on the dash center console). The bulb seal on the back hatch was slit in a couple of places. Complete incompetence. I'm never going back there. If it needs body work in the future, I'll take it down the street to the Acura body shop. I had great service from them when I had an Accord that got rear-ended by a Bimmer. They at least know how to put a car back together.
