I've been thinking of upgrading for a while, so given the opportunity (read: when my savings go back up to where I want it to be), I'll make an upgrade. Most likely, it'll just be an upgrade in the lines and the solenoids, while the electronics stay as is.

But, on the other hand, I feel like I need to stop wasting money on my car, so I might just part everything out too. All 9 or so mods (power and aesthetics) I have on.

wow those are quick times. 100 shots of nitrous, isn't that bad for the motor? or is it built?

I'll probably be itching to go to the track after a week from now. That's when my chief rival out in Cali is going back to track to try and make up those .03 seconds I beat him by. I hope they fix their website soon so I can plan out when I can go.

Fail. I think you've been traumatized by the cop yesterday.

My sig has my 100 shot times in it and post 6337 in this thread shows my 2 best time slips.

Thanks. Nope, it's not detrimental for the motor at all (maybe very slightly, but I rarely spray). It's pretty much stock, except I (well, Adam) pulled 2 degrees of timing.

I don't trust anybody around here to tune my car. If anything, I'll be doing that myself if and when I get a UTEC or something.

Thanks, Jason. Give me your car for a day and I'll get your car a 1.6.

While I'm at it, I'll put her in deep into the 11s.

BTW, if you ever go to the drag strip when I'm not going to be there, feel free to ask me for my ET Streets, Jason.

Actually, I might could convince my friend with an HR G sedan to go to the track after MSR, since he couldn't go with me to Ennis that time I went. Anyways, my offer still stands for meeting up on 75 and driving down there whenever we both have time to go.

Get some ET's and hurry into the 11s, chris is right there with no built motor and spent 1/3 the money .

When you gonna turn up the boost??? Or turn the z into a full track monster since =)

Boo to this gay weekend weather...I hate when the weekday gets the good weather and then the weekend comes into ****!

Yeah, just let me know when you go. I'll see if I want to go. I think I may be done for the summer, though. I only see it getting hotter. 12.3 is pretty good for a 100 shot in TX, especially when Summer's pretty much here.

Wait, wait, wait....wait.......wait. 1/3 of the money? Dude, I'm extremely frugal when it comes to spending on mods, which is why I have minimal amount of mods. And nitrous doesn't cost much, especially compared to what a built motor + twins + tune + installation + 2 blown motors + vortech + whatever Jason had to go through.

Also, if anything, Jason needs to turn that boost down to get a feel for launching it then progressively increase boost. And trust me, his car is plenty fast as-is. It's crazy, man.

I was just joking around, I'm sure his car is crazy fast. More like he needs to get something that can actually withstand the power other then the them street tires.

Get some slicks, redline launches, and break some axles!

Chris you sound proud of your times for once haha. Normally it would seem as if you're always modest with your times.

What are your intentions for the car? drift events???

No i'm just looking for my first project car.. and drifting would actually be awesome but one step at a time lol

Haha, yeah, I didn't think you'd actually think he needed to up the boost already. However, no street tires will be able to hold traction anything above Vette's power levels.

I like your suggestion, Q.

And yeah, I'm proud of my 12.3 for a 100 shot run since it was done at the end of May in Texas. I like my 12.5 run, too, for the 75 shot. Still, there's room for improvement. The reason why I gave up after only 6 runs was because I was running out of juice. I need a 2nd bottle. I know I could have done 12.2 last night.

BTW, when are you coming out to the drag strip? There's one closer now, so none of you can complain, especially when you guys go to far away meets where you do nothing but talk about the same things and spend money getting fat eating greasy food.

Whenever I get back from Vegas, sooooooooo sooooooooooooooooooooon. I'll come back with a lot of dead brain cells, and half-retarded.

How long does a bottle last you (at the drag strip, how many runs), you got a 10lb bottle?

For all the guys with wife/gf/significant others/boyfriends..make sure you got this readily available when you have a night out with the boys...
