Why do constables always give tickets. They should be doing constable things instead. And can you really pick someones speed from 513 feet away? That's almost 2 football fields. Not to mention that he put me down as driving a 2007 Infinity M35 SUV

I always ask to see the Radar if they say they shot me. Sometimes they will let you see it on their dash. And if not then I usually always fight the ticket and win.
I have also just paid those Traffic Attorneys to take care of a ticket once.....only they take a really long time to resolve anything....even if they don't get you off, they can get you deferred adjudication.

I will probably just do DD. I have trouble believing I was going 48 since my speedo would have had to real 53, and I usually stay at or below 50. Although he may have got me going downhill. All my tickets have been the same where I'm driving by myself in front of traffic and a cop pops out from behind a bush.
