And Travis, everything is great so far. I got rid of the thumping noise, and I should be going in today to get the axles greased. Thanks again for your help.

 

Good news or bad news when the dealership leaves a message on your phone stating they are conducting an investigation, and to call them back? Anyone else that goes to the Nissan dealer in McKinney for service get a call like this?

 

what thumping noise were you getting?

 

I had some lugs loose, so at slower speeds I could hear the wheel shifting around a bit and it would kinda a thumping/rubbing noise.

 

oh.. i was asking because my car is making funny noises too.... i went to go get my alignment done like 2 days ago and after i left on my way home, i started hearing this scraping noise in the rear passenger wheel area..... ill try to get a video of it soon. also, this morning when i was going to pick up my tires, i heard this thumping noise coming from the front of my car, it started today. seems to be happening when i am turning. weird stuff......

I just called the guy back and it was basically a sales call. He asked what vehicle I had, then told me he could get me into a 370 for the same payments. I told him no thanks, since the 370 ZR's aren't even available yet. He really shouldn't have used the words 'conducting an investigation' in the message he left me. Fools. Wasting my time.

 

Yeah, wel'll she's Blasian (korean/black), but upon first glance you would never know. Every time we go to a Korean restaurant staff attempts to talk to her in Korean.
