I took my time....drove the Truck this AM. It's loaded with like 4 bags of Home depot rocks...about 200 lbs. Helps soooo much when the roads are slick.

It's days like this when I'm Glad I have it. Althought it took me a minute to pry the frozen door open. It was like glued shut.

Jake, you find a truck yet ? I'll look for ya.

6k - perhaps more - but Im being realistic.

Looking for 96-99 Chevy Silverado Ext cab
2000-2006 Dodge Ram
2002-2006 Ford F150

All must be 4X4 and mileage can be alot but nothing over 200K miles (for chevys) Dodge and Ford (150K or less)

Ive seen 99 Silverado for 5600
2004 Dodge - 5500
05 F150 - 4700

SO the deals are out there..And I plan to go check out auctions etc.. Ive seen some UNBELIEVABLE deals there too...

Just keeping ALL my options open..Im looking feverishly so if you find something I wouldnt be surprised if I already seen it..

Default My New 350Z

Hey guys, been lurking a while and finally got my Z last week.

It's a 2007 Silver Alloy Enthusiast with a little over 40K on the odometer. Clean CarFax, K&Ns, Clear Bra and a few mods will be on later this week, as soon as the arctic blast clears out. I also share the same birthday as my car Feb. 5.

I plan on starting out with HPDEs, but it will eventually be a track toy prepped for some SCCA or NASA action.

Anybody got some Enkei RPF1s, BBK or anything track worthy they want to sell me?

I'll have pics up soon.

I don't have anything used, but if your looking for anything, just let me know and I will set you up the best I can. If I can ship it to OK you won't have to pay tax either.

Sooner350,

Welcome to the site and I like the color of the Z.

What plans do you have for Mods ? Exhaust, Dual CAI, TTurbo, etc... ?

Hope you can come own down for a meet or two when the spring or summer rolls around.

Slobra?

In terms of raw power and speed, Cobra will rape the Z without breaking a sweat, stock for stock. Once you start modding, the difference between the two will only increase as you throw more money at each car.

I wasn't comparing the 2 in true ability, more so in terms of what a "good" car is. It is a completely opinionated statement, I hate mustangs... comon you have been to the track with me, you know I hunt after them.

Troof.

I'm not a big fan of Mustangs, neither, but I do respect what they can do. I'll take the Corvette/Z06 over almost any other car any day, though.

+1 on the Vette Z06

I would take one in a second if I could afford to get one. But I wouldn't want to use it as a DD.

Then again....if I could afford a Vette....I'd be getting a GTR.

It is Very Freakin' Cold Out There !

Nice job... here is where you can get smoked reflectors.

http://www.courtesyparts.com/jdm-smo...tml?cPath=714&

But you might just want to throw some tint on them like the tails, because you have to remove the whole bumper to put them on. I don't think there is any other way to get to them while the bumper is attached.

BTW, where did you get the overlays for the tails ?

thanks i got the overlay from bluebatmobile at WWW.BLUEBATMOBILE.NET

also, you can get to the reflectors by removing the front wheels, and taking off the guards, it's kinda a pain to unscrew without being able to see where the screws are, but ive done it before also, i double checked the link, those reflectors are for 03-05 only. but thanks again!
