i loved my borla when i had it. but you really need high flows at least to get it loud enough for my tastes. i even took out the resonators. the bassani sounds really good in clips.

All in due time.

I will need to ride in your car first so I can feel the boost.

Default Feeler

Just wondering if anybody would be interested in buying some used ( but in good condition ) oem Drilled / Slotted rotors for '03-'06 Z's ?

Also I have some Good condition Nismo pads for oem calipers....I think these pads are awesome....they have plenty of meat on them !

I will be selling my oem calipers that have been painted Red.

I know these are not highly sought after items so they will be going for cheap !

Could be a nice subtle change until you get bigger brakes.

If by any chance you are interested...I will post pics and prices and repost in the FS section.

I'd be interested, but I'm no longer local.

Chris, I believe 06+ had bigger brakes than the 03-05s. Which year is yours?

If anything I'd be interested in the rotors (both front and rear) since my Z's rotor's never been replaced. It currently has 120K on it, so I know it needs new ones. The only problem is that I'm no longer local and the rotors are stuck to the hub, so it doesn't come off. I've tried multiple times without success and I think Jake's tried, too.

I believe firekrave has a 06, so I don't think he can use your rotors.

Hmmm....Bummer.

Has Jake tried his BFH ? ( Big Fuking Hammer ).... You just need to bang the Shiet out of them to get them off. Well, I have 2 sets of rotors Chris....so if you need a set I'll hold on to them for you for next time you come down. I have standard oem's & the drilled/slotted ones. You tell me which ones you need me to hold on to...and they're yours.

jack the car in the air, remove the wheels and from the back side spray pb blaster and let it sit overnight...next day, take off the rotors..

Default Diff Fill port - AN fittings

I worked a little today on my Diff fill port:

This is just mocked up....you can see the end on the right isnt crimped....once i determine the length I need ill cut and crimp it.

From left to right on that hose its:
M18x1.5 to AN10
AN10 90 degree crimped to
kevlar hose
AN10 straight fitting - not crimped yet
AN10 blue bulkhead break through and nut
AN10 black CAP

I drilled a pilot hole with a super long drill bit here and then opened it up big from the other side using a step drill bit:

I plan on filling my diff using this inside the hatch:

I used a combination of pb blaster, BFH and a piece of wood so as not to damage the rotor just in case I couldn't get it off. Rears are always hard to get off but you just have to perservere and they will come off.
