I am sore and my back hurts but I am here at work... it is not anything hard labor besides sitting here in front of a computer.

The police report should be done today so I can start making claims and getting things fixed.

Driving to work this morning made me all paranoid

 

So that means I still haz a chance


I hope you start feeling better hun. Take it easy and if you feel that you need to go home, let your employer know, and go home. They will understand. Don't push yourself, cause you could worsen the injuries.

 

This is normal for a few weeks after the accident. Every time you hear screeching tires or see someone coming up fast in your rear view, you will tense up. It will go away soon enough.

I dont want to beat up anyone - I am just glad everyone is okay no injuries.

Now if they dont fix my car correctly then we might have to beat some people up :-D

 

If your back is sore I would go to a doctor just to get it checked. Future problems can arise3, 6, 12 months down the road. You'd be surprized how bad a little fender bender from behind can hurt someone's neck & back.

I knew once I got the police report that it would be incorrect.

He officer never took my story nor the last ladies story - just the guy in the middle

The report states and me (1st car) and the bmw (2nd car) were in a stationary position and the sante fe (3rd car) was unable to stop slaming the 2nd car in to me. This was so false... I am so pissed bc with that report it lets the bmw off from liability even though he was the one who initated the wreck and is to blame

I have to call first thing in the morning to have him ammend the report

I am not going to get screwed but now this puts a delay on getting things fixed

That guy better be happy I am doped up on drugs or else I would be more pissed

you need to get some legal representation. They (the Police will respect them) way more than you. Do you have any viable witnesses ?

I dont have a lawyer but thought about it
my brother in law is a lawyer we have been using him for information on what we should do
