Damn that looks really good, I assume you did the install yourself. How long did it take and was it difficult?

That looks really good man. Hey did you have any rattles in the strut tower brace and did the dynamat help that? How much would you say all the dynamat you used weighs? Is it a significant amount? What amp are you using? Where do you put luggage?

lol.. so many questions

a) yes i did the install myself.. once i figured out what i wanted to do it only took a few days (after work hours)

b) it was somewhat difficult but im pretty quick at learning things to i figured it out

c) for those missinformed: dynamat isnt designed to stop rattles.. it is to dampen the vibrations that are cause by speakers. these vibrations can happen anywhere including the strut brace (well maybe :P) .. ok nevermind i admit i got dynamat happy

d) surprisingly it doesnt weigh that much.. the amount i used in the trunk weighs ~10-15 lbs.. which is nothing compared to the 35lbs each subwoofers and the box. (the box comes out BTW for track days )

e) i am using jbl amps.. 600.4 for the speakers and 1200.1 for the subs.. wow is all i can say

f)what luggage? :P lol.. if i need to use the trunk space for anything i just place that plastic piece that usually covers the spare tire over the subs and turn them off.

thanks for the compliments everyone

Definitely a sweet set up, Josh. And I just found out yesterday that Kyle's gonna give me all the awesome stuff he had in his Camaro, so we'll be tearing my car up soon, too. lol I might be calling you if we run into any questions.

He spent Sunday taking off all the dynomat he put in last year--and that crap will cut up your hands if you're not careful! (I was being the helpful wifey, since he's giving me about 3K in stereo equipment. lol)
