a good traffic lawyer?

Long story short - I can't myself under control in the car, it's too fun. Thus I've ended up with 2 performance awards within 3 months.

1 is being taken care of with DD, the other just received today. I think it's a possible dismissal though, but if not, anyone know if Deferred Adjudication is still around?
