not very familiar w/courses around DT. somewhat familiar over by 1604 NW side, i golf but don't have any buddies that i can stand playing with....so i don't go often. the only 2 courses i've gone to down south are Pecan Valley Golf Club and The Republic Golf Club. Both seemed kind of boring to me, too flat. If you are willing to travel north dt on 281 (about 10mins) there is The Quarry Golf course...fairways and greens where good (been only once). The one i go to often is Cedar Creek, crazy course....very hilly and blind holes but that's over in the NW side, about 20+mins from dt.

All does courses run you around $40 i think except for the Quarry, forgot how much that was but was much more pricier.

not to sure, my brother had a 2 free rounds of golf, plus the range and cart. Im sure its pretty expensive because the courses are nice and your golf cart has gps on it to tell you how far behind schedule you are, A description of the hole, where you are on the course and how far your are from the hole, gives you directions to each hole and lets you know where other players are.
