so tonight i was parked and i come back to my car and i press the breaks to put my top down (i have a roadster) it was fine and than a second later my brakes loose all pressure and my brake light is on

What could be the problem? I changed my brakes a few months back and also bled them and they have been fine. Also my break fluid is completely empty and i have filled some from autozone into it temporarily but it seems like its leaking somewhere

 

i hate to be the ******* to do it, but it's brakes. not "breaks"


on topic, just check all your lines... you already know it's a leak, so just do elimination process.

 

I know Jason or Jake will know what to do.

Sounds like a Master cylinder tho ?

+1 on finding the leak...check all the lines...etc.. you have some work to do..

 

Wow cant believe i put breaks instead of brakes....

anyways jason and i figuerd out the problem, my SS line on the passenger front is busted.

anyone wanna sell me one SS line

also i need a new brake booster, where can i get one at? at a good price to say the least
