Default Spring install

Anyone had springs installed at a shop in DFW recently or know of anyone who can do it? Just looking for good/bad experiences with your shops spring install and hopefully someone who knows how to do it and could use a case of beer and a couple extra bucks

I've done spring installs on probably 6 different Z cars. Jake has probably done 60. It's not a hard job with the right tools and a little guidance. I would offer my assistance, but it would be a few weeks before I have a day off to help. Get with Jake.

I think after you saw how long it took me on Austin's car you were like "screw that I'm going to Jake". LOL

That was a headache that night with those tanabe springs. Since then I've installed full spring sets in less than a third of the time.

You did mine in a short time....I can't recall exactly how long it took...but it wasn't that long.

thx for the props fellas..really appreciate it.. +1 on Erics work - he knows whats up..

Ive done Tanabes - they just have those tight spring coils at the top - hard to use just "any" spring compressor..

lemme know when you want it done OP and we can knock it out this week.. thats if you already havent gotten it done already.. I know how it is having car parts just sitting there waiting to be installed..

Jacob is the shiznit. I have worked with him many times and he has all the right tools and all the knowledge, I guarantee he will probably have the best price too.

I was not trying to say that Eric couldn't do it. I was there when Eric installed fith's springs ( Chris). Both installers do excellent work and are more than capable of almost any job.

Ya man I am always gone with work. I probably haven't done a spring install since last summer. I've done suspension work on my mom's Sonata though. LOL

I've only had time to do a couple of projects on the Z... bushings and what-not. I hope to have the Z fully setup the way I want it by next spring, but we'll see how things go.
