Default 570z in Fort Worth

What's up everyone? I just had my build completed this past week and figured I'd put some pictures up. This all started out with my clutch pedal sticking to the floor, cause a bearing broke. I was quoted a decent amount for labor, so instead wasting money on that, I figured I'd waste money on a 5.7L build! It was gonna happen eventually anyways.

A few months later after taking time to order parts and find good deals, I have an N/A Z with 406 whp and 375 wtq.

I went with the Sikky engine mount kit and their 1 7/8 Longtube headers. Also Got a set of polished Heads and massive Cam. I probably could have squeezed out another 20 hp with an aftermarket Intake manifold, but I already spent wat too much money. And didn't think it would be that much difference since my car weighs less than 3000 pounds now.

I'll post up specs on everything added to the car probably tomorrow, so stayed tuned on that. Here are some pics, I'll add profile shots of the car when I get my suspension figured out. This is a drag car.

Battery relocation for weight distribution.

I might do FI sometime later, but I gotta get this thing finished first. Needs brakes and suspension. It's a drag car for sure though.

An old lady totalled me on the way to work. Sucks, but I got this one for only 11k. Wasn't gonna do the swap right away but my clutch pedal stuck to the floor cause of a broken bearing (110k miles). So I said fukk it. Unfortuntaley it is my first MT car, so I was still learning. Oh well, I'll just have to learn quicker now lol

No drifting for me. I could try going though, but I know this weekend I'm going to the 1/8 mile track to practice launching. Not sure what day yet

Sorry to hear about the accident. I remember seeing your old Z out in front of my office awhile back. Anyways, the new Z is a beast!

I suggest you make some friends with domestics if you're going to drag race. It was a lonely 5 years for me when I was drag racing in TX. No matter, the Z/G guys are slow anyway.

Also, unless you're comfortable with driving a manual, I wouldn't suggest you go drag racing. Things can go wrong real quick if you're not careful. You just got this set up. You really don't want to pay for new axles, new tranny, new clutch, etc, right?
