I have an appointment to install my brembos tomorrow and do not have the bolts for the rear. Called Nissan and there are none located in Houston. Does anyone know where I can find a hardened bolt that is 12mm x 35mm 10.9 grade? I need 4 of them. Someone please help me out!

 

I'm not in Houston so I don't know for sure, but do you have an ACE Hardware or something? They may have it.

 

We have ace hardware. Or maybe u can reuse stock?

 

The stock isn't long enough and I didn't think Ace would carry 10.9 strengths bolts but I will stop by and check.

Anyone know of a large fastener store open to the public here in Houston? Seems like most places don't carry metric.

 

Ace hardware wont carry them...there is a place on the nw side of town called Champion fasteners...they are a warehouse of nut and bolts!!! If I would of known you needed the bolts I would of ordered them from my work...hope this helps

 

try "nuts and bolts - true value" store in Arlington, tx.

Also know that it's the thread pitch that is different, not just the length.

Thanks for the suggestions! I did end up calling about 20 differently places on Saturday but could not find anything locally so I missed my appointment. I'm just going to order them from the dealer and wait for them to come in. I'll post up some pics when they're installed!

 

Turner Hardware on Hempstead Hwy should have them. That's where I find all my hard-to-find specialty bolts/nuts/washers...

 

If you haven't gotten them yet let me know...I work in parts department at nissan...
