Fast 2 Furious" in the DFW area? i saw some post somewhere on these forums about a spot over in garland or something that someone knew about. i just wanna find out where i can show off my car and stuff.

 

I think they have a meet in Lewisville on Wed nights. There's also one in Garland off Beltline/N. Garland, but is mainly domestics. Go on some of the Honda boards if you're looking for "ricer" hang outs...haha :lol:

 

the garland ones u are referring to are at the Race Track gas station off plano rd and Miller on Friday and Saturday nights.. they meet up there and hang out and do their stuff. It's not really anything good though.. I stopped going cause the crowd got crappy and it got boring! You'll probably have some kids asking to run u

 

The meet in Lewisville has been busted up. Last week cops showed up because the ricers were doing burnouts and other stupid sh*t--now I think the cops are going to be up there waiting for cars to have anything wrong with them to write up tickets.

 

Stupid kids always trying to prove themselves...it will never end.

 

Spots..... Java on monday nights on Coit/and springcreek i think, or mabe its park and Coit, well monday nights there.... and hmmmmm Garland at the race track like bobby c said, the one you were talking about the person know about the ricer meets, thats me i go to alot of them.... kinda random i havent gone in a while due to the Garland and Richardson Police love me......

 

i just went to java and cha tonight and there wasnt anything there worth paying attention to. i'll go again next week if u wanna meet me up.. kinda bored on mondays :P

 

hmm... interesting. popo's busted it up huh? shoot, i guess i can probably meet u up somewhere over there on Monday. after i get all the precal and crap outta the way i usually just play games... i'll talk with a couple of my friends who probably wouldn't mind goin. the only thing is, Garland is a LONG *** ways away, 45 minutes from Bedford, i believe. damn... lol. oh well, with my 11 mpg i'm gettin in my truck, wont hurt too bad eh?

there is an extreme "Rice" get together in arlington every weekend.. but i mean it when i say rice..

it use to be cool with lots of nice cars, but now it consists of 4-bangers with 10 foot wings and tons of unfinished body work... the guys that get the most ooohs/ahhhs are the neons.. sad really...

i showed up in my z a few weeks back and people almost pissed their pants.. so if u want people to drool over you car go there....

if u take 360 south to I20 then head west towards fort worth, you will pass Cooper Street (Parks mall will be on your right) a few more exits down is little road/green oaks.. .. take that exit.. go north on greenoaks as it will merge with little road.. at this intersection there is a shopping center on the right.. a CiCi;s pizza is there and a blockbust will be on the left side of the road

you cant miss it around 9-10pm.. cause it will look like an airport (big wings everywhere)

sometimes there are tons of cars but sometimes not many... they go racing in groups of 3-5 ..... the really stupid ones race right there at the meet and cops pull them over right away

Yeah, I'm going. but I'm not Leading (well I don't want to at least). I have Only Heard a Little bit of Info, nothing "official" it will be @ the Long Beach Hilton, i think $119 a night, June 14th to the 18th. The Track will be Willow Springs. The Car show will Be at the NNA Corporate HQ

I don't know when Everybody else is leaving By I'm Thinking June 11, Fri with maybe a Night in Vegas

I doubt that I'll be going out with everybody. I'm planning on trailering the Smurfmobile out, so I can play at Willow Springs, and I don't want to hold anybody up, so I'll probably leave a day or two early.
