Cool Learn 2 Drive your Z

Hello Fellow Z'ers!

I would like to take a moment and introduce to you a first in Austin's motoring community. Please share this with anybody you know that lives in the central Texas area, that drives a car (that should be just about everyone)!

Austin's First Car Control School, by A2 Racing.

With the help of the Austin Independent School District, we have now finally secured a location in central Austin perfect for teaching our hands on, advanced driver's education program. This isn't a program designed to make you a race car driver, anybody can and should take this course to learn the advanced skills that could save your life, or the lives of your loved ones when faced with an emergency situation while driving in everyday
traffic.

Here you will learn the most essential techniques of car control, including:

Slide and recovery techniques / Skidpad session
Emergency / Threshold Braking
Proper Turning & Braking Skills
Rain driving / Wet Surface Driving Skills -- An absolute necessity, given Austin’s weather conditions
And much more!

Many schools in the country supply students with cars especially tuned for their class and charge an astronomical rate, but don't provide the same amount of individual attention and coaching as A2 Racing’s school. Learning in your own car provides you with a greater understanding for the handling limits of your own vehicle, as opposed to a school owned car that you don't drive everyday. This saves you hundreds upon hundreds of dollars in school costs, allowing you to participate in the advanced driver training you've always wanted, for a very reasonable price of $275 (students and law enforcement receive a discount rate of $250). This course may even qualify as credit towards annually required training hours for law enforcement and government officials.

ANY car is eligible; you don't need a high dollar sports car to be a better driver. Bring the station wagon, or bring the Z -- every car has its limits, and you should know them, and how to control them. Unfortunately, SUV's and trucks are not able to participate due to their inherent risk of rollover.

There are currently slots available for the April 24th class, and future class dates will be posted soon on our website. Please pass this on to anyone and everyone who you think will benefit from this life saving program. New drivers are especially at risk for single car accidents that could easily be avoided with this training.

Please visit the Car Control School website for further information, or email / call me directly if you have any questions at all.

Thanks,
A2 Racing

I'm a big softy for folks that own Z cars since I own and race one, and I've always been a Z lover. Shoot me an email or give me a call and we can work out a special "Z Owner" price.

I've renegotiated my rental price and have reduced the class price to $195! If you are a Z club member the price is $175. Again, the class is all day long, with only one hour of talk time, the rest is all driving some pretty intensive exercises. The best modification you can do to your car is the one behind the wheel.

For less than 200 bucks you'll be able to drive home with the knowledge and skills it takes to get everything out of your car.

Please let me know if you have any questions, and class dates are now posted online.
