I am thinking about install some aftermarket leather seats in my car, anyone know where I can buy some quality leather seat covers and where I can get them install and how much? thanks

 

What colors are you looking at getting? Give Leather Trim Limited a call in Arlington. They do a lot of show cars, and did my friends Integra. Great work

No I don't know them personally, but they come highly recommended.

 

Josh at Leather Trim Limited did my seats, blue Ultrasuede inserts, black leather, blue stitching... they even did the install for me... last I heard (about a month ago), they went out of business.

I just called on the # moog gave me, and the # doesnt work, it said got disconnected or wrong #, so I think they really are out of business. Damn that sux!

 

$725... quality is very good... I'm very happy with the way the seats are holding up... they were installed June 2003 and still look very good

 

Yeah - despite the quality of Josh H's work with leather interiors, he could not make a living with the Leather Trim Shop, so he closed the doors and got a 9-5 regular job. I tried thru David S to get a quote on a custom leather interior for my 350, but never got a response, so I suppose that Josh has really turned his back on the custom leather interior business - a real shame!

 

I know that you can get them through 350zforums ask for David, I am planning on going through him and i have a DB as well. He also does install, I can't remember exact price, but cheaper than 725.. I have seen some of the seats he has done and they look good, he can do anything you want... 817 691 6122

Thanks Cat. Bump! anyone know other places to install leather seat covers? I called few places, I got quoted from $175 to $250, is that good? Here are the few places I called, Texas Auto Tops- Farmers Branch, Texas Auto Tops- Arlington, and Texas DAR Enterrises. Anyone know any of these places that I called? I got quoted $175 from both Texas Auto Tops and $250 from Texas DAR Enterrises. For both Texas Auto Tops, they told me that I need to drop my car off for one day and Texas DAR Enterrises told me that they can come to my house or my work to install, b/c they got a trailer with all the equipments and they are also contracted with many dealers here in Dallas and it will only take them 2 hours to do it. Which one should I go with? All of them said they have experiences installing seat covers on Z.

i ordered my seats from leatherseats.com and did the install myself.. it is not that difficult, but tiring work. took me and a friend 3 hours and i saved 200-300$ on install feess
