Reflash question
So I have decided that a reflash is the best option for me to tune my N/A mods. Now I am trying to decide when to get it reflashed. These are the times I was thinking
Mod list :
CAI
True dual exhaust
HFC's
Plenum spacer

JWT Clutch
JWT Flywheel
3.9 Final Drive

I dont think the clutch, flywheel, or final drive will make any difference whatsoever in the AFR or timing or anything else to where I should reflash after them, but I want to only have to reflash once, so I want to do it at the best time. When do you think I should?

Best thing to do is to get a wideband 02 sensor. One of the best ways to monitor your AF ratio without having to pay for a dyno run every single time you make an engine modification. Dyno runs add up fast, so the wideband pays for itself. After you install the wideband, see what your AF ratio is and if it is really off, get the ECU reflashed ASAP.
I say don't do it. Do a search and see how many people are not happy with a reflash. It is hit or miss. You will end up spending more money on dyno's and shipping back and forth. Spend the extra $800 or so on top of what the reflash would cost you and get the UTEC. UTEC was able to pull like 17whp out of their n/a test car with tunning.

You can reflash after your last intake modifcation. i.e the plenum.
your final drive / tranny modifications should not affect your overall AFR. you might ask them for a even higher redline extension if u feel that is necessary for your flywheel, but other than that, you should be good.
They have pretty much all the base maps for what you plan on doing.
The key to reflashing is to be able to tune for it. They have base maps, but they do not fit each car like a glove. Ideal is to have the car tuned on site, but this is usually not possible for those that are far from Technosquare and AAM. I recommend that you either get a wideband and/or do a before dyno to give the tuner a base AF dyno run to go off of then re-dyno after the fact for fine tweaks. Tuning is not cheap and some people just want perfection, which is impossible without patience and time. If it was really easy, Technosquare and AAM would not be really well known since "anyone" could do it at that point. I'm happy with my reflash, but of course it took some tweaking before I was happy with it.
I'm really thinking of this Reflash Rick but not sure if my car is ready yet. I have the Injen intake, MD 5/16 spacer, Crawford Hi Flo's, and Invidia True dual. I need something to moniter my A/F to see if my car is infact running lean or not with these breather Mods I have....

It is best to always get a pre-dyno with AF ratios, so that the shop re-flashing your ECU can tune it exactly at every point where AF ratios migh fluctuate through the RPM band. As for the mods you were listing, you don't really need a reflash for those. IF done well, you CAN maximize your power with a reflash, or tune of some sort, but it's not necessary with those mods. And the drivetrain mods will not have an effect on AF ratios...
Do research prior to doing anything to the ECU just to be sure that it's something you want to do...
