In the G, there are 2 compartments.. 1 is the glove box, the other is above the glove box which holds the service manuals etc.. I put my wideband tuner there..

Sharif is correct. You don't have nearly enough compression to even think of needing to use C16 or anything like it. Even 100 unleaded may be overkill.

I put mine in the cig lighter spot. That way it's hidden and nobody see it. Takes a little work but, woth it.

Install looks good!. Compaired to my location it must be a PITA to switch maps on the fly. I figure your spot is good to fool the thiefing bastards out there, but in terms of ease to use you have a long reach to change maps.

The drink holder is above it. You should have the lighter cubby hole below it. 03's have drink holders that low?

Yea, it's a reach. But, it's hidden.

I prefer a hidden spot for 2 reasons:
1) so that you or a passenger doesn't accidentally switch maps.
2) important if you plan on using the Valet and/or Security modes.

Here's what I did on my G sedan. I was running out of places to hide things since my G is fully loaded. I am pleased with my MAP switch mounting location though.
