Default FINALLY!!!! I've got a tuning Session with Forged

I'll be going this fri morning at 11am to get my long awaited tune. I can't wait for my vehicle to run smooth up top. I've had my UTEC for over 4 months and until now haven't had a chance to road trip out there to get it done.

Post up some numbers when it's done. I'd be interested to see what Sharif can do with the UTEC on an nice N/A setup...

I am a bit confused, you listed MREV2 as one of your mods, isn't that only for a revup engine? Have you done an engine swap? Just curious.

Hi Larry, great to have you and your GF at the shop, and finally put two and two together.

I am going to scan the before/after trq numbers in just a little bit. Low 13's with this setup is outstanding.

Oh, and Larry's self-tune was probably one of the best I have seen...he didnt leave much more room to play.

naw man, that's after! That's why i was complaining about adding mods on an NA vehicle in the main section here. But, i guess i can't complain. A 234hp auto that runs 13.17 in a 1/4 with street tires. I dyno'd on a Dynojet for a baseline bone stock. 229hp. I haven't been back to the same dyno yet to see how much has been gained. That is the ONLY way i'll know how much i gained totally with all my mods.

that's weird.. I dyno'd 284 on my 5at on dynapack. I have less mods and i know dynapack numbers are higher, but still... that's pretty low for your list of mods.

Dynopacks do tend to read higher, and ours reads much lower than a DynoJet. Your car would probably much lower on our heart-breaker.

Go back to that same dyno man. I just dynoed 237.5 RWHP on a Dyno Jet (Performance Factory in Orlando), that's before the UTEC tune... I wanted to see about 240 rwhp, got pretty close. I'd be interested in seeing what your 234 rwhp translates to on a dyno jet sae corrected numbers.

Nice to see another Bham Z owner made the trip out to Forged. Sharif got me 9 more ponies with my tune..cant remember how much torque but I think it was the same. My 256.5 whp on his dyno must be pretty good as I am seeing most other users with my mods getting in the 240ish range . Btw OP where did you go to run the 1/4? I have been itching to find a place .

With a 3.5 diff and that 1/4 mile time, I'd say his engine is putting out more than most everyone else's on this board (NA). As has been said a thousand times before, dyno #s across dynos means squat.
