Default Technosquare vs AAM ????

I'm a lazy bastard and I don't want a Unichip or UTEC so, between the two reflashes out there which one is the better of the two? Or is it just a coin toss?? Are there other reflashes that I may be missing??

AAM FTW.

from what I've read, TS and AAM use the same technology, so for me it comes down to customer service and expertise.

-I've always had good experience with AAM
-From talking with them and reading their posts, they seem very knowlegable and have lots of experience with re-flashing ppls ECUs

I can't say much about TS b/c I've never dealt with them...I've used their ECU reset steps, but that's about it. Also, their website isn't the greatest...not that it reflects on how good their reflashes are, but since I can't visit their place, that's the only impression I have of them.

*I've gotten AAM's TP's, Y-pipe, single 3" exhaust, angled spacer, and intake...love all of it so far. I'll be getting their relfash sometime January after I finish my next few installs.

If you can drive to either one of the shops.....do that . You can get a custom flash tuned to your car . TS has more experience and Im sure has done more flashes . If you send your ECU to them , all they can do is guess at the tune you need

I have the AAM re-flash and that sh*t works. I think TS and AAM are pretty close but AAM from what I have seen has been used more.

I've done the Crane Interceptor on my own personal Mustang(much like a UTEC), I did a FAST system on another Mustang(stand alone unit), and I did an EEC Tuner on my Lightning(again, like a UTEC or UNICHIP).

When I say lazy, I just don't have the time, desire or money to rent a dyno for hours or make multiple trips to and from and down a race track to get everything tuned in.

From what I have read a reflash only leaves 2-5% power on the table compared to a stand alone or a piggyback. When a UTEC is $900 and a reflash is $500, I'll save the $400 in initial cost plus the $350-400 dyno rental or $200-250 track time and just buy more parts to make up the loss or take the wife out to dinner to make up for spending all this money to start with.

I'd like too but I live in Houston. If anyone knows of anyone that does reflashes between here and Dallas that would be cool.

uprev is fairly new to the 350z scene...there's been talk about them, but I haven't heard of anyone reporting back with experience. If you goto them, come back with a report! (you might want to call them first to ask how many Z's they've done...it might be better to just send your ECU to AAM or TS and know you'll get it done right the first time)

why would you send it when you can dyno it while tuning? Besides tuning is not magic.
