Anyway... After I switched to Closed Loop Fueling mode, tuning got harder.. The AFR values are not really precise (not same everytime).. So.. Don't really know what to do.. I'm doing it for NA.. Should I just done in Open Loop Fueling??

Let me put it this way: if the stock ECU detects knock, it will pull timing out automatically (and then slowly add it back in again. This is for safety). So you might as well pull it yourself, that way the ECU will not "overcompensate" .

Have you dyno'd your car with your current tune?

I'd start by reducing timing by 1 degree and let us know how that goes. You won't lose much HP.
