Im a newb to ecu's. Where is it first off, like if we decide to do a reflash, ive no idea where it is lol. And 17hp from 93 octane!? wow.... I assume our cars normally run on 91 huh? I always assumed 93 was the standard "super". Think sunoco used to have 94 or 95.

This sounds exciting, the power increase is nice, friend laughs at it though, his ecu tune nets him like 50hp and 80 - 100tq.... but hes TURBO'D. Makes me angry, he was like 17 hp, thats it? He had a trial of it that lasted 5 hours I think, and I wont lie, it was a big difference, hes got an 07 GTI. Gonna be fun if he buys the program.

Yes. G35S sedan and autos are on the 'To Do' list, as well as G37S stick and autos.
we have a G35S Auto donor lined up. need a stick shift volunteer. we are sending an 07 Enthusiast ECU to japan tomorrow along with a few other ECUs.
as for the comment on "just XX hp".. with the addition of CAN based networks and heavily integrated car operating systems in today's modern engines, it has been increasingly difficult to find more power from the stock programs. it's not a magical panacea for HP gains, but a step in the overall tuning aspect of the car. Technosquare's reprogramming isn't all about max peak hps, its about making driving more enjoyable, hence the throttle response changes and everything else... all of this has been discussed before... and i'm not going to take the space on this thread to talk about it. I guess if people wanted magical ecus that yield 25+ hp, look on ebay. there a couple of resistors you can solder to your MAF sensor that will get that much and if u add the turbonator, you'll double it ...

Hi Im new to the z forum. The info you guys provide here is just great! Im in the market for a nismo Z... hopefully coming by march. Anyways, would ur reflash be able to work on the Nismo, since the engine is exactly the same?? And, if i was to do other mods to it such as intakes, upgraded exhaust, etc etc... would you need to know that information for a successful reflash??
Your input is greatly appreciated! Ciao!

Or you can just get one of these "E-RAm" Electric Supercharger for an extra 15HP:
E-Ram Superchargers
