Default need help with rough idle/running lean

Well, I tripped a check engine light, took it into the local nissan dealership, read the code, and it read that it was from bank 1 running too lean. They plugged their tool to the ecu, and read the a/f ratio at idle. It read 136% for the left bank, and 125% for the right bank. They installed a new mass airflow sensor for me, and now they both read 123%. Was told that it should be running at around 100%. Car idles low too. Idle ranges from around 400rpm to 750 rpm. Any suggestions on how to correct this? Engine mods are mrev2, aps plenum, home-made catch can, aps 2.5 test pipes, and aps 2.5 exhaust. Car is a 2006 350z with the rev-up. Thanks

you need a tune. get an Osiris reflash and add some fuel to take advantage of all those breathing mods you've got!

+1 I totally agree with Jarred !!

Check your home made catch can it might be the problem, if you`re running it between the PCV Valve and the Lower Plenum check for any leaks, and also check the Driver side check the hose running from the Left side valve cover to the intake Tube After the MAF check it if its lose or something.
