Default Is there a FUEL PRESSURE sensor reading on our OBDII?

Does my 2006 350Z have a fuel pressure sensor already that feeds to the ECU that I can access with an OBDII gauge???

If so, does this sensor give the same information that a standalone fuel pressure gauge would indicate?

Nope. You will need an aftermarket gauge.
