Default AAM tune over 1 year old

So AAM did my tune probably about a year ago, and it's been running like a champ, but lately it seems to want to idle LOW... like 500 rpms. Nothing has changed, no other modifications besides a set of pulleys, which I don't think should make the car change idle... shouldn't it always aim for 750???

i mean, i am used to leaks making idle high or throwing a check engine light... so i am pretty sure it isn't a leak... maybe i should make one than haha, huh.

I had an intake leak at the TB, and it caused my car to idle very rough.
It would start fine, then dip to 500.. then bounce a bit, then back to 500rpm.

You may have a similar problem.

mine doesn't dip or nothing though... solid 500 idle... it is weird. maybe i might just buy some gaskets and replace em all, but i had already tried the sprayin carb cleaner around em, never once did the engine rev up any.

If you're looking for a leak, you could spray some carb cleaner or starting fluid around all the gasket areas while the engine is idling... If the idle changes abruptly - you found your leak.

If you just want to bump the idle up a little bit, Cipher or Consult II can do the trick.

i dont know anyone in the area that can do that idle bump for me, and i am not gonna lie, the idle is still strong, cause today it is snowing out my way and i was stuck at work in my Z.... I got it home with minimal slipping just by letting it in second and letting the clutch out pretty slowly...

They pullies shouldn't effect idle unless they are out of the norm and/or something didn't get put back quite right during the installation. Do you have a way to check your battery voltage at idle?

If you are able to come down to the shop we'd be more than happy to take a look at it for you!
