I was planning on taking my 06 350z to a tuner shop called japtrix and they told me that without a Engine Management thingy for my cpu in the car they cant flash it..such as a utec which costs $1000..and the tune is anywehre from 385-500 bucks...are they correct in saying that i have to get a $500-1000 dollar product just so they can charge me another 500?

Osiris is not a piggyback system, our Pro Tuners use it all the time to tune vehicles using the stock ECU.
