Default Vortech/GReddy Emanage/Nismo cams = can this be tuned to run well?

I have recently had my lower end rebuilt with the parts seen in my sig.

I just got the car back after the initial tune and although it's fast it does not run very well. The engine misses often on heavy throttle and stalls anytime I hold the clutch in without heal and toeing to keep extra throttle applied.

Car went to nissan last week to turn up the idle, but it is still stalling without extra gas. Idle was turned up all the way at Nissan. At idle the car is very rough too.

Becasue of my mods will the car always run this rough or do I just require further tuning? What are you all experiences?

I searched and could not find any answers to these questions.

Thanks,

Robby

The car is back at the shop now for further tuning. I just want an idea of what I should expect when the tune is correct.
