anyone with cipher,

so today i tried increasing my idle speed with cipher. i increased and saved and cipher confirmed that it was saved but it didn't seem like my idle speed increased. i increased to 700. will it increase in real time, as you are adjusting idle? thanks in advance. BTW, i did try searching.

yes the car was on, engine running on, not just on the "on" position.

 

It does not work on 2004.5+ (ULEV2) cars, even at the dealership. Mine was the same.

Yeah, looks as though the 2004.5 is the only year where the idle raise won't work
