Whenever I look at a thread about Osiris it always says you can switch maps with the cruise control buttons. What if I wanted to keep my cruise control? Can you switch maps with the audio controls on the steering wheel?

The most important feature that UpRev adds to a ROM when it is patched is taking the critical tables that are used for tuning (ie fuel, ignition, throttle, rev/speed limits, etc…) and modifying the ECU software so that it loads these tables into RAM and looks the tables up out of RAM as opposed to the flash memory. This relocation of the critical tables allows for real time tuning (RTT) without the need to reflash the ECU for every adjustment. It also makes map switching possible since the values can be changed on the fly.
Due to limited RAM space on the ECU, there are certain data values and tables that have

i have Osiris and no you DONT lose the cruise control.

To switch maps:
- Hold down Cancel + press down on Accel/Res toogle switch.
- the amount of time you hit the toogle switch will depend on your maps.
Example:
- Cancel + Accel/Res 1 time for map one.
- Cancel + Accel/Res 2 times for map two.
- Cancel + Accel/Res 3 times for map three and so forth.
- The cruise light indicator will flash right above the fuel gauge with the correspondence number of your map. 2 flashes for map 2, 3 flashes for map 3 and so forth.
There are 5 maps total. Maps can be customize in any way. My setup are:
- Map 1: Power
- Map 2: Fuel economy
- Map 3: Stock
- Map 4: Valet (RPM will cut off at 3k so those valet driver wont do burn out or joy ride on your car)
- Map 5: Anti-theft (RPM will cut off at 2k)
I usually drive around town with Fuel Economy map.. When I need the power for highway or to run a red light, simply switch to Power map in less than 1 second and INSTANT POWAH!!

Just for clarification, Uprev's FAQ says to hold down the CC toggle and hit cancel for the number of the map you want to select. *ICE* says hold down cancel and hit the toggle based on the number of map you want. I was just curious if it actually works both ways or if their FAQs were misinformed.

I'll check tomorrow when I drive the car. Sorry for the wrong info.
