Well put the stock maf housing back in with a working maf. Nothing changed. I set the switch to 0 and the car ran even worse. So I put it back on switch 1 and the car idles better but still really rich.
Aps 550cc map is uploaded with -19 all the way down in the 0% column.
I feel like I hit a dead end.
Any suggestions where to go from here?

IF fuel pressure is turned down, the vehicle stalls and cranks but does not start. Fuel pressure is set right now at 51psi.
The IAT code p113 is pending right now.
I gave more negative numbers in the 0% column (-20). The changes take effect and the a/f ratio goes up and then back down to 10.9-11.1. Also the car idles for a couple of minutes and then stalls.
However I was able to hook up my scanner and monitor bank 1 sensor 1 and 2 o2 sensors. At 2k rpm, bank 1 sensor one is at .910 volts while bank 1 sensor 2 is at .130 volts.
It just seems like what changes I make in the Utec are no staying permanently.

Well today I removed the primary o2 sensors. They were black from the unburned fuel. I replaced them with 2 used but working o2 sensors.
Then I changed the base map to a Tnetics as well as the parameters. Car started right up and was running fine and then returned back to the same state.
I have copied over my base map as well as a log. Maybe you guys have some ideas.

Well a little update.
Stock injectors back in. Utec on switch 0 which is stock ecu. Fuel pressure is at 51 psi.
My wideband is still reading the same a/f ratio as before with 600cc injectors. Hooked up my obd2 reader and the primary o2 sensors are still reading rich at almost a volt.
Unhooked the primary o2 connectors and no change either.
So something else is wrong. I want to burn the car with fire at this point.
little update
Checked the signal wire from the o2 connector to the ecu connector and that checks out.
What else can be wrong???

Just A little Update. I removed the utec and the car started right up. After it warmed up, the a/f ratio was fluctuating around the 14.7 area mark like it is supposed to. So this leads me to believe that there is something wrong with the utec I have. Reason being is that even it being on the 0 switch and the car being on stock injectors, the utec was making the car run rich. Once the utec was by-passed and the stock ecu took control again, the car runs perfect.
Any advice?
Thanks

The dashboard shows witch position the switch is set at. I also have tried numerous positions on the utec and tried various maps as well.
No external map switch is being used as well.

I emailed TurboXS with the same question. How come the Utec is trying to manipulate the signal that is entering it with the switch on 0 the same way as if the switch was set to a different position and a map uploaded to it?
Just to be safe I checked over the wiring from the sensors (injectors, maf, crank) to the ecu connector and it checks out.
So for a fact I know that it is not wiring and it is not the stock ecu and the stock sensors. As soon as the Utec is plugged back in and the car is on stock injectors, the utec is changing the values and making the car idle at 10.7-11.1 a/f. Without the Utec the car idles perfect and has a normal a/f ratio.
Could it be a bad Utec?

Could be bad...
Have you grounded the black wire coming off the large white molex plug? This is the injector circuit ground and if left unconnected (or improperly grounded) might cause odd issues. In my case it didn't make any diff. but I've read from many people that it helps.

I grounded the black wire and re-checked every possible aspect that would result in this issue.
Honestly guys I got fed up with it and just sold the Utec. Any advice on what to use next for engine management? Something that is proven to be without hick ups.

Contact jeffie or nyqueenz on this forum I know them both and they are running UTEC both stock ~400whp and build engine 500+whp respectively. The thing with the UTEC just like any other aftermarket EMS is it either works fine or it doesn't work right at all. Just make sure your seller guarantees it to be in working condition before you close the sale.
