SQBasshead,
There is definitely a problem of some kind. It could be as Sharif pointed out (transmission) or something else.
I've seen a lot of dyno sheets and yours is saying a lot
1) Its clearly lean.
2) Its too spikey.
3) You have a big dip in power between 4.75 and 5.75 K RPM.
The big dip suggests to me the knock sensor can hear a lot of bad noises inside your engine.
It could be knock noise or it could even be mechanical noise of some kind.
If for example your strut bar was touching your plenum, that could do it. Or if you dropped a socket into the engine bay and it was vibrating on top of the engine block, the knock sensor would hear the added noise and the ecu will call fowl and pull a lot of timing.
If your bearing was shot it could create frictional losses and/or loud mechanical noises in the block. Both of which will lose power.
When you did the dyno run did your hear knock or mechanical noises? The sound reveals a lot about engine operation.
Did you see the outlet of your exhaust during the dyno run? If you saw it chuffing out faint black puffs of smoke?... you got knock.
Then there is one other thing.... I'm not particularly fond of the popcharger. I've seen them cause so many problems on Z's that I can't bring myself to recommend them.
Popchargers are notorious for showering a mixture of dirt and oil on your MAF sensor. This throws off the MAF calibration and typically causes the engine to run lean. Try cleaning your MAF sensor and see what happens.
If the popcharger is new, then the root problem is somewhere else. The MAF sensor gum up process takes time.
I suggest taking it to a different mechanic for trouble shooting.
A competent one that won't leave shop rags in your pulley system.

Thanks tony, when it was dyno there wasn't any unusual noises.... No smoke, I have a video of the dyno so ill try to put it up so u guys can see and here...
Maxmood, the main reason I don't want too sell it is bc I have no pymnts, it will cost more money too look for stock parts, cost more mmoney to swap everything, and I have around 40k miles on my engine, so its going to be hard to find another z with as many miles as I have and fully loaded with out having to pay extra.... If I'm going to pay more for another z than what I have sold mine for, I think the extra money would be better spent towards fi .... Don't u guys think so?

GeauxLadyZ u read my mind,,,,, but what's holding me back is the gamble of "would I still have a beetle motor" bc if I do then I just upgraded for NOTHING
I haven't got home to search, so if u can tell me roughly how much would it cost me.... I know gtm has an upgrade that comes with a vb upgrade also... But the gamble
Arrghhhh I still want to first know if I have a crap motor or not....lol

Contact Edge Racing and ask them about it, they make great TC's. Be sure to ask them if a higher stall converter would benefit an N/A Z and what would be the optimal stall speed for an N/A application.
I believe stock stall is around 2600.
If i had to guess, maybe around $500 for a new performance TC.

im not selling my NEW TC!!!!!...
whats up maXmood, well update is that im getting rcdash's old TC and im replacing the oil pump with and oem one, as soon as i get the tc from raj then im going to take it straight to lance so he can install it , i cant wait.... hopefully by next weekend i can have my car back
but since my car is running lean i think im just going to get it tuned, i didnt want to spend money on a tune right now but i guess i have too , but im seriously thinking about taking it back to the same dyno to see if i get better #'s but idk bc i want to take it to a dyno thats already seen z's so i can compare..... i just want my car back already, then ill go from there....lol..
