JET V-Force/PCU advice

I was given this JET V-Force/PCU for Christmas for my 06 350z. Installing looks like it's going to be a pain, but my question is, is this thing really going to tune my car and increase hp and mpg and everything else it says it does?

Possibly, only if you install it correctly.

I'm going to have a professional install just to make sure I don't f*** it up so I"m sure it will done correctly. I'm just wondering is it really worth it.
