Ok so I called Church to ask a few questions about how they tune before I took my car there. The guy said on the UpRev Osiris tune I won't make more than 390whp, but if I got the upgraded package for the Osiris, which is around $200 more, then I'd get around 410-450whp. Can someone explain that to me?? I know the greddy e manage sucks but I'm sure it can push out 390whp with a few more pounds of boost. Bolt on they're suppose to make 360whp @ 5.5 lbs of boost. If the UpRev is such a great tune then why would it top out at such a low hp?? Thanks!!

 

Btw I have an '03 Z with the greddy 18g TT kit.

you need to buy the upgraded MAF sensor at ~$200 to run more than 390ish like the said. The stock one maxes out.

^^^ Sounds about right. Depending on the system I have seen the MAF's max out at 350whp When ya switch to the PMAS Maf it usually involves a lil more tuning to dial them in as well....

 

o ok that makes sense. are there certain upgraded MAF sensors, different brands, that I could just buy myself and bring it in? thanks for the help.

 

It's called the HPX PMASS MAF, and that's the only choice you have for an upgraded MAF for the 350z...check prices and compare them to Church's price, and decide if you want to get it yourself...if you can find it...
