Hi !
After a (bad) experience with dyno test i would like to "check" the e-tune i have on my car. I take Osiris Standard last year from UK dealers (i live in Italy, no possibility to have "real" tune so e-tunes is the only choide with Uprev) and it also make the tune, one first than second after new logs.
Car go well but now for my curiosity i wanto to discover if e-tunes changes only "limits" like WOT in low gears and the speed one or also changes other values, like it has to be. If they are "real" tunes or not in few words...

First question :Is it possible for someone to check the map having the rom files ??? To look at file and discover which parameters are changed ?

I know mappings on other cars and system but Uprev seems to have some "strange" files and logic...
Second : may be i can decide to have other e-tunes : is there someone GOOD at that ? I know that e-tunes are not so good that real ones but i don't need perfection, only a real&good one ! I write to UPREV but they are slooooowwww to reply. May be they also read this forum...

Hey Karletto66, If you have the ROM File that was sent to you, any Pro Tuner would be able to look at it. The ROM File itself will give you some ideas of what was changed, but only datalogs will tell you what timing and air fuels you are actually running.

We offer E tunes and have really good success with them. I would have to get some specifics on you fuel over there and such, but I'm pretty confident we could get you tuned really well.

I have all the 2 files with rom e-tunes to check.
First i make log of stock car, send to tuner and receive first rom.
Then i make again log, send to tuner and received second rom.
Second rom has 3 maps in teory:
-bank1) "normal" tuned
-bank2) "race" tuned (i little more aggressive)
-bank3) "vellet" map, with cut at 4000rpm or 120km/h
-bank4&5) stock rom (in teory...)
Now i can make all news logs for sure, i have Osiris cable and Chiper at home.

Car seems to go well (no problems and very good performance) but the "strange" dynotest (of oter topic) has leave me some "suspects" and i would like to check in case of "cheat". I don't think so but...

There are others, but Vince @ RTT is your best bet for E-tuning.
