2007 conv. car runs good but mileage has dropped to at best 12 per.gal any ideas? Plugs look good ,air filters clean can't figure it out

 

I can get 12 or less in the city depending how I drive.
Any codes?
Wideband gauge to check afr? because you must be running super rich if that is combined mpg
Really really bad alignment?

 

no codes , new air filters, on passenger side air filter feels wet like fuel or something going thru

 

What is special about this car? IE: why is this in the "tuning" section and not the technical problems section?

We need to know a lot more about a car to determine if something is wrong. You didn't even mention what your average mileage was before. If it was 15 and now it's 12 then nothing is wrong. Also, how long have you tested this theory? Are you going by just the display or actually using a full tank of fuel and calculating the mileage based on numbers?
