Default uprev tuning options

So I am getting an uprev tune on my 03 350z mods are Borla TD exhaust, test pipes, Borla headers, and air intake. I have 5maps that I can have custom tuned. I plan to get a 93 map, a fuel economy map, and I'm not sure about other maps I should choose/ what other map options.

Any recommendations as to what other maps I should suggest to them. Thanks!

The basic setup is:

93 map
91 map
Valet (50mph, 3k rpm or something along the lines of that)
Anti-theft (Won't crank)
Stock

I've got map #1: 91 oct. base tune.
map #2: 95 oct. performance tune with timing tweaked.

I only use these 2, other maps are like economy, valet, no start (for storage, etc).

There is a local petroleum company nearby that sells 110 race fuel; you can have an UpRev map for 110, etc. if you want for race day.

UpRev does not offer a launch mode in any of their maps. After all, it's not a R35! And I wouldn't recommend using 110 octane race fuel in your Z unless it's an all-out racecar. An octane level that high is only available with leaded race fuel, which will ruin cats. The VQ35DE or HR also doesn't have a compression ratio high enough to take advantage if such high octane fuel in any case.

I'm running

1. Economy
2. Stock
3. Tuned
4. Valet
5. Security

99% of the time it's on map 3. I go to economy when I'm on road trips or going just out of town all highway.
