just looking for a decent safe/base tune for my new setup to run until i get to the dyno (hour drive) I made a DIY cam install thread by the way if anyones interested in looking its posted up.

Ebay Headers (they were free, go read my build thread before you flame, i have a set of Dc's waiting if these break)
Test Pipes
Tomei 272/11.3 in/ex
JWT Springs
JWT POP-Charger
1/2" Spacer
Please bump redline to 7200!

hey, problem is i dont have a tune at all, uprev sent me an empty ROM file so i try to flash my ECU and theres nothing to flash it with. another member sentme a ROM file to try but it said "this rom is incompatable with this ecu type" im guessing it was for a different gen ecu as i have a gen one ecu

 

did you look on uprevs site under support on their "rom matrix" pdf? it will show you what rom you need based on ECU. you may need to remove the ecu to find what model it is exactly. Then uprev will send you the compatible ROM file to flash (with oem parameters). You will need to make changes to that file. I don't understand how they would send you an empty ROM file though.
