Default UTEC in limp mode

Hey guys, after hours of extensive research online and through these forums, I turn to you to try and diagnose my current situation. I recently picked up a UTEC and installed it to my 04 Z. Turned the car on, and the car went into limp mode and turned on SES TCS and SLIP lights on. Tried reflashing the software to the 2.8 update, which then allowed me to see the data on the unit. The car does not accelerate beyond 2750 rpm, and takes a while to get up to that rpm. It’s as if the MAF sensor or throttle sensor wasn’t getting any change in signal. I removed the UTEC and switched it back to the OEM ECU and it runs absolutely fine, no lights or issues with throttle. Went back to the UTEC and same thing happened, lights and limp mode. I tried flashing the throttle control file, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. Does anyone have any recommendations on a fix to get this thing working? I feel like I must be missing something so simple, but I have no idea what it could be. Attached are the photos showing TPS at idle and WOT, but no change in MAF reading.

There's a physical switch(more like a black plastic dial recessed in a little) on the utec for "Valet" mode. I forget which number it is, but make sure yours isn't on that.

Just checked that, I’m on map 1. Even on Map 0 (stock mode), I’m still getting the issue.

UPDATE:

So I reflashed the unit, loaded the base maps from turboxs and pulled codes. Looks like I’m getting code p2127 and p2138. From what I can find, it’s a low voltage issue that I can’t seem to resolve with a relearn of the throttle body, mainly because it seems like I can’t get the timing down perfectly. Disconnected the UTEC and reconnected the stock ECU, no problems at all, no codes thrown. I’m going to go through and make sure all of the pins are seated correctly to make sure there isn’t anything minor that I might be missing. Thanks for the guidance!
