sweet. And you don't have to wait 12 months. And you can have any colour.

... unlike Gran Tourismo Concept for the PlayStation 2 which I also bought today. "You can have any colour you like... as long as it's silver."

Where did you get that kit, where did you get that kit?

I want one. Will look lovely on the dash of the real thing when it arrives.

Cool

I get most of my models from OnTracks - took a couple of weeks. I built an R34 Skyline GT-R a while back, first model I'd built as an adult, and got hooked, I've done a purple Diablo and some historic racing cars (Lotus 25, Honda RA272, Tyrrell P34) too, plus some aircraft.

I've used D9 and Model Maker's Resource too.

Great minds think alike...

Made this ages ago (before they announced no PPW)

Oh well, I suppose I'll have to make a Blade one now

I thought you'd like a shot of both my toy cars

And I like the model car too!

Off with the old, on with the new:

It's a Tamiya TL-01 chassis underneath.

Yeah, it's "Copper", looks shinier in the flesh but it's not right.

If Brickyard had been available in the UK I'd have been very tempted, I'm a big fan of the colour purple.

I've got some genuine Sunset touch up paint on order from Courtesy Nissan (along with a copy of The Run) which I'll be using for the Tamiya display model.

Brickyard would have been my first choice... When I made my pre-pre-order, that's what I had specified... gutted not to get it, so it's Gun Metal for me now.

Wow!

We're all going second choice here!

Nissan GB must have got it seriously wrong, guys...

...you both wanted Brickyard & I wanted Pikes Peak White with Burnt Orange Leather...

...are we just weird, or what?

Woo hoo, thanks to Courtesy Nissan I got my Sunset paint this morning, along with a copy of The Run. Guess who's going to be painting his model 350Z tonight.
