ZdayZ 2009
you can first learn how to drive. and remember this; "KENNEDY...HOMO" BTW, your mom was asking about you last night!
It doesn't matter how many years autoX'ing or track events you've ran in... this way of thinking champs EVERYTHING. I see way to many people get all cocky cuz they have did some AutoX events and they think they are a professional race car driver. This seems to happen a butt ton at the Dragon too...
Wish there was more people like you out there Hraesvelg

Wish there was more people like you out there Hraesvelgwell said!!! and I agree as well.
I'm first to admit- I was a slower driver up there on a road i've never driven, or in rain, and in a car i've only had a month or two. A couple people got pissy or poke fun that I wasn't keeping up with the leader who is the best driver of all of us on those roads, but you know what - I would rather not have to make an insurance claim or kill a couple people for me to realize that I'm not Mario Andretti. Especially after almost getting a new hood ornament from a NooB motorcyclist who scared himself on wet roads in a double banked s curve and slammed on his brakes.

I did alright in the dry weather, but still didn't push it at all. I would rather put a few track days in and get a lot more comfortable with my skills and car.
Hence, I can't wait until next year!

Bryan your 6/10 is enough to make the average full grown man cry. lol
But it was quite hilarious cuz some kid with a white Z with gold rims tried to rip into my video of me running the dragon pretty much in third gear most of the time... Complaining that cuz you own a car like that you should drive it hard... on a public road... Sounds like a smart guy!

Well I should not post this, espicially after the past weekend, but I rip 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th gear on the dragon, granted I only dip into 2nd gear three times and fifth only once. And that is still only driving 6/10s and staying in my lane. Next year you and I will have to trade car keys.
I let a few people take the Lotus for a drive around Fontana. Not the same experience there... but its still cool to feel the sensitivity. I'm sure your stripped Z is NOTHING like what my Z felt like!
Maybe next years ZdayZ will have a stop at a
track day?!? preferably to the north rather than south.

Letting the faster car (or bike) pass is a good move too.

Haha! You also have a lot more years at the track then I do!
I just don't enjoy the feeling of dirt, sand, grass on under the Lotus. Its not very forgiving with anything except clean dry pavement lol

Yeah I drive about 6/10 also . The Dragon doesn't "nibble" , it bites hard , I've seen it first hand ( not me ) . Its not pretty . Sometimes I get into the turns a little hot , but the Michelin Exalto PE II are really good tires and do very well at the limit ( very controlable ) . Check it

The T2 classing by SCCA of the Lotus makes it hard to win lol. Allowing the NA Lotus to run in T2 at 2,090 lbs and the supercharged Lotus in T2 at 2,190 lbs... Both with drivers of course.
Post pics of your car Yaris dude. My wife doesn't think that was you that passed us... in the white Yaris, with the fuking camera on the side... like I told her. I'm quitting smoking cold turkey, and she's sassing me. You might just save her life if you post a pic and resolve this.
