Seriously, I'd like to attempt another trip (3rd) to Zdayz. Last year was unavoidable with work. The year before I was close (about 500 miles away) but had the nastiest upper respiratory infection and had just finished driving 1400 miles in the Z.

Nah, nothing that great, I'm not a pro or anything. I know because I just got humbled by Tom Long in his GTR at Road ATL last Friday, dayum he is smooth, got to work on smooth, I've got fast down pat, now I need to work on smoothness.

That was a rough night, of course the easy nights at ZdayZ are kind of boring... I've got some homemaid Romanian Vodka I'm trying to save for ZdayZ. Very heavy and very strong, not your usual vodka, it is made from Plums.

Plum vodka? Sounds like an experiment that begs researching.

I have so many things planned around that time. I want to go to BIR for some track time in June, but I also am looking into a single exhaust system for the Z. Money is being spent faster than I can handle for the summer! I also need new tires.

The family is great. Just earlier today, my 4 year old told me he wanted to drive race cars when he got big enough. Then he told me that he would take me for a ride. I almost choked on tears.... made me proud.

I've got a lot of brownie points to make in the next few months. I guess if I can do enough home improvement projects, then I should be golden for a road trip.

Up here in Michigan, we'll take an empty large bottle of Absolute and fill it with cherries. Then fill it back up with Absolute. Just let it soak for weeks and then pass around the huge bottle and drink up the vodka. After the vodka is gone, then you go for the cherries. Yum! I might have to make up a bottle for the event.

We need to arrange a meet at your place. Tell us the project and we'll cut loose on it. Personally, I finished my whole basement and added a theater.

I'll even consider selling my beloved Paslode cordless framing nail gun for $250 shipped.
