here is my story...
first time going to zdayz, i've being working on getting my car ready, i dropped the freshly built engine with the hks tt kit a few days back. car runs good, i was supposed to take it to forged for a tune, but didnt make it in time.. now im working straight till thursday.. so im gonna have to drive up from florida drop my car off at forged, hop on my buddy's g35, go to zdayz, and back to forged on monday to get my car tuned b4 i come back to florida
so no car for zdayz...
oh well theres always next year!

According to google maps, it is about 10 minutes longer to go on the south side of the Smokey mountain park.

Its probably about the same, because when you are on I40E I guarantee you won't be doing the 45-55 mph speed limit. Its basically two lanes highway with LOTS of turns and bridges/tunnels. I highly recommend that over going towards Knox and then coming over on 129/The Dragon.

Hey, anyone from TN or anyone that goes thru TN on I40 remember the road construction that had part of the highway shut down last year? I think it was thru Knoxville......kinda hung me up for a minute having to re-route. Anyone know if that **** is over with or if I will need to detour again? Since I'm flying solo on Wednesday....I'd rather know up front so I can plan a different route thru the city!!!! THANKS!

So get this, yesterday, i started hearing some strange scraping sound near my air conditioner compressor. Then it got louder with a ticking sound. Then stopped i was looking under the hood and couldn't figure out what it was. Weird huh, well at the same time, my wife says, hey the air conditioner stopped working.
The damn compressor went out. I have gone into urgent mode, picked up a new compressor, currently I am pulling the turbo all its components to get them out of the way and then pulling the compressor. I hope I get this done before thursday.

that's all fine and dandy..until it rains. That's when it really sucks!

yeah, I am happy with it. I was getting bored with my car, sad to say. I've had it for 7 years so it was about time to do something. I got a great deal so the project didn't cost me too much.

NO. Actually Bryan pulled them over and had in depth conversations with them about just that. Matter of fact, they are going to stick around, they will be keeping all the cabins for themselves and not letting us in at all. Actually Bryan probably pulled them aside and told them to stay, invited them to stay.....he'd rather hang out w/ a bunch of bikers than us....
OR maybe they are all going to magically disappear and there will be no bikers whatsoever w/in a 50 mile radius of the dragon........
