I forgot that somewhere down the line my aux port stopped working for charging my phone etc. I think it MAY have happened when they installed my HU but I have no clue. I have checked the fuses and none of them are blown. It's pissing me off. I'm not trying to pull apart any interior panels right now. If anyone has any quick ideas-- something quick that I can take a look see at I'd appreciate it!!!! THANKS.........

Ohh, the weather looks like it's definitely shaping up! I thought about really cleaning the outside of the car but it's going to be horrible by the time I get there.

 

I just detailed the interior of mine...........but I'm sure I'll trash it, but I haven't detailed the interior since last end of Sept/beginning of October before I rolled out to Cleveland for ZCON....so it was kinda dusty and grimy.

OTOH not so sure I should have done that, all those sprays etc probably weren't the best things for me to inhale. EEK! Oh well....done now.....

and yeah that sucks, I just hope the phone lasts 9 hours w/o being charged. *sigh*

Someone on tech was like "don't you have two ports"........ course not us 03 owners are screwed like that lol.....that's aiight tho....since I have the fastest color and all LMAO.

 

you should be ok, the fumes aren't that bad I just cleaned my interior too, my gawd it was dirty. I'm so ashamed

I hope your phone makes it! If you get into an area that has spotty coverage you may want to turn it off. My battery in my phone dies fast when it looks for service

 

Yeah and my phone is old as the hills.........waiting for June so I can get a new one at the discounted price. Stupid verizon....wanting me to pay $500 for a fancy new phone like Pams....not happening.....

So, Beka, Danny and I made it to Walmart for our z dayz shopping! I spent more than I wanted to already haha. I picked up a cool *** 52 ounce BUBBA KEG cup that also has a bottle opener on it. I am hoping it will last so I don't have to spend half the night mixing drinks

 

Installed some adj toe arms this morning, getting an alignment tomorrow morning and rolling out to bham by afternoon.

I still haven't cleaned up the Z.

I'm going to clean the Z, but I'm not going to bust my *** over it. I've already drained myself by working on the toe arms this morning and swapping the struts and ball joints on a montero sport.


I was hoping to install the fender braces, but I don't see that happening.

I can't believe it's only 1 more day. It seems like it's been forever since we had our cabins booked 2 days after last year's event haha

 

I know I want the DARE and they want $500 (or dammed close to it) w/o any discounts etc UGH.....

I have almost everything "gathered" but I also have a list of stuff to do as long as my arm.....finishing up the laundry right now.....

PLUS I had to clean the house today as well, so HUBBY is comfortable w/o me while I'm gone.........can't have him hanging out in a dirty house and dirty sheets for 5 days...... he's so dammed spoiled. And you know the house and everything else in it will be TRASHED by the time I get back too......

I think that I have just about everything that I will need tho, cept I think I'm going to go pick up an extra quart of oil "just in case".....other than that I think it's just organizing and packing it all up in the Z....

 

Just arrived in Bristol Virginia. Long drive, but the car seemed to be flying the whole way down. 80-85ish the whole way.

For anyone coming from the north east, there is some construction in PA that will probably slow you down a bit. So watch out for that. I forget which town, I will update after dinner.

 

We are making the trip from Fort Myers and I waxed my Z today anyway. (I figure it will be easier to clean when we get there.)

Where about's in PA? I am headed through Williamsport and Harrisburg via 15; anything I should worry about?

 

+1 - it's going to be thunderstorms every day we're there so, it's bound to get dirty. Just bring some quick detail and some micro-clothes and you'll be all set.

 

If I remember correctly it is right around the Chambersburg area, just after Harrisburg.

I also saw a red NISMOz heading north into PA on 81

I washed & waxed my car today. (Figured if Bryan could do it, so could I!)

Then we went to dinner in our other car, and it was storming so hard when we got back and opened the garaged, that it got soaked. I'm beginning to think that my car doesn't like being clean! LOL
