Wont happen again, I thought some people would want to show and some would want to go This year the car show is people's choice so everyone can hang out at the car show
I am seriously considering attending this event this year... I skipped the last two years but I'd hate to miss it this time around. I called the hotel and asked for the group rates and they were very reasonable.
Whats the deal with the event reg? $65 I can see paying for the weekend. But I have to pay another $50 to bring my woman for the weekend too? WTH! lol It should be by the car.. We are only talking 2 seaters here!... Also, whats the dinner include and where is it held? Who's to say people don't wanna just get a nice dinner at the Bistro back at the hotel? Should be an option for without dinner.

Hey Zim,
We try to accommodate everyone. The $65 and $50 go towards running the event. We donate the any proceeds left after the event to a local charity.
As far as cost, we're still working on sponsors for the event, and honestly, how to incorporate it efficiently and NOT detract from ZDayZ as a whole. I hope to meet with or at least conference with Bryan and others to get this thing nailed down very soon (corralling Bryan is like trying to catch an muddied pig.)

this is my first year so explain...if we already have roooms..we still have to register with you?
The event does have a fee. The fee goes towards running the event and for two meals that are included. Your primary registrant will also get an event t shirt. That is pretty much the bulk of the $65 registration fee. The rest goes to renting the rec hall for the meals and other facilities that we have to rent.
And it also covers some people's firewood, ahem W0ady and ELove!
Should be an option for without dinner.
