Soorry folks, I was in the process of moving, plus a track event, plus plus plus... It is one of those occasions that real life got in the way of zdayz. Sorry about that. We migrated service providers and some of the links to the DBs didn't transfer gracefully. Most things are running now, albeit it needs some more cleaning up. I have most of this week off, so wednesday I plan to tidy up the website and finalize the rest of the event.

Bryan, looks like 'ya need to remove the track day option from the price list for registration.
Thanx B, I'll clean that up Wednesday.

I hope he's getting enough support before the event. If there is anything that needs to be done, please send out a call for help to all who have volunteered. If needed, I'll drive back down there to help plan an event. This should be fun for the organizers too. Just feel bad y'all take on so much to put this together.
B we had a lot hinging on the AMP track day, now that the track wont be ready we are reorganizing the event. I hope ot have everything nailed down wednesday/thursday this week.

Thumbs up update

All,

First let me appologize for all of the delays in getting details up on zdayz.com and fixing issues on zdayz.com

Here is the story:

I recently (last week) changed jobs
I am in process of moving
I had a track weekend thispast weekend
The service provided was migrated and it didn't go spectacularly
We had most of the event hinged upon the AMP track day/which had to be cancelled since the track won't be ready.

I am taking the last half of this week off, and I 'll wrap up zdayz planning and logistics this weekend.

Just remember folks, this event is by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts.

Thanx for all of the networking and support of the event during my choatic week or so. We'll get it all sorted out real soon.

On the registration page, you'll see a listing to buy additional apparel towards the bottom of the page.

Default Car Models?

Since car events like this can be a weiner-fest, or at least a really bad ratio...

What's the area's policy on strippers?

Ok, I'm sorry - What's their policy on car models? I'm sure we could all pitch in to put them up in a room for a few days (or at least a few hours).

Yes, I know that it's a "family friendly event"... I'm just joking. <--- for the uptight

We are discussing it, but since I sold the rig, it is very difficult to run the dyno off a "run of the mill" generator. If the correct generator is not used, it can cost thousands of dollars in repairs. Trust me, I know.

We can probably get enough zdayz peeps to create power by doing this with them.

If you're looking for a deal on a generator, our company owns Multiquip. I met their CEO and President in Vegas two weeks ago. I'm sure we can get you a hellova discount on a new one.

Just have Progress or TVA bring out a generator truck for the weekend. They can power entire city blocks and rental wouldn't be outrageous.
